BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Guarantee of Service
At Elite Tours Tasmania we do everything possible to ensure your reservation request is honoured. Unfortunately, there are occasionally circumstances that may prevent us from taking a reservation, such as prohibitive weather or traffic conditions.
Booking Terms - Transfers
Airport transfers are payable in full at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy - Transfers
Any trip cancelled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled pickup time will be charged the full amount of the trip (this includes no shows).
Booking Terms - Tours
To secure your booking we require a 50% deposit with the balance payable 7 days prior to your tour.
Note: Where alcohol is served on the tour guests must be over the age of 18 to be included.
Cancellation Policy - Tours
Any cancellations within 48 hours are payable in full.
For cancellations within 7 days but more than 48 hours 50% of the full fee is payable.
Cancellations made with 7 days or more notice are refundable less a $50 administration fee.
